By visiting and accessing this website, you acknowedge that you have read, understood, and agree to these, as well as any other terms, guidelines, or rules that apply to this site, without limitation or qualification. Basically, if you don't agree with these terms, don't use the site. What We Do

Joey for Roo is a clothing brand that creates and sells uniquely designed baby and kids clothing to help support moms and dads through the postpartum and parenting experience.

Communication

When you visit the site, or email us, you are communicating with us (duh). Of course, we'll want to respond if needed, so by communicating with us, you're consenting to us communicating with you electronically, either by email or through notices on this site.

Intellectual Property

Joey for Roo is created as a labor of love and we ask that you respect the work that goes into it by not stealing it. because stealing is super not cool. Everything that appears on the site, including (without limitation), all designs, logos, illustrations, icons, photographs, videos, and written content, as well as the website design, AND all other materials related to Joey for Roo, are our exclusive property and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Again, stealing isn't cool and we'll be really sad. Do not display, reproduce, or otherwise use content from the site without attributing it to us.  If you'd like to share some of our content or work with us in some way, please contact us at joeyforroo@gmail.com.

If you think that we've done something to infringe upon someone else's intellectual property, let us know. We don't want to steal either and we always want to give credit to those who have worked hard to create content, design, etc.

Site Accounts

Having to set up accounts can be the worst (and so time-consuming!) and we want to respect the time of our customers. However, we also want to make sure that we are providing the best customer experience we can. Most of our site can be accessed without an account, but you may need to set up an account for some features such as commenting on the blog. If you do create an account, you are responsible for the activity that happens in your account (because who else would be, right?). If you change your email or account information, it's on you to update it. Also, don't share your account information. But you know that, right? Want to delete your account? Email us and we'll figure out how to do that.

Prices, Taxes, and All That Jazz

As much as we wish we could give all our clothes away to moms and dads for free, we've got to keep this ship afloat somehow. The prices listed for our products represent the retail price and do not include taxes or shipping charges, which will be added and communicated to you in your cart before you place the order. All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars. Once you submit your purchase on the site, you are committing to pay in advance for the product, taxes, and shipping, through whatever payment method you selected. You commit to providing a valid credit card and/or other billing information and authorize us (or any third-party payment service provider we use) to charge you for orders submitted and accepted through the site. 

 

Offer Codes, Sales, and Deals

We LOVE a good deal. And we know how hard it can be to make ends meet while supporting your family and we want to do our best to thank you for supporting this site and therefore supporting OUR family! Every once in awhile, we will promote offer codes, sales, or other deals on products through this site. All these codes, sales, and deals are only available while supplies last and may exclude certain products or any other restrictions that we will detail. Also, you can only use our codes on our site (again, duh). Offer codes cannot be combined with sales or other deals and will be limited to one code per purchase. The dollar value of a code, sale, or deal will not be refunded if the purchased product is returned.

Your Reviews, Comments, and Testimonials

Seriously, we just want to do good by you all. YOU are the reason we do this, to support moms, dads, and other caregivers through this whole postpartum and parenting experience. We would love to hear from your through reviews, comments, and testimonials. By submitting any of those, you are agreeing that we may share your words or other content (photos, videos, etc.) on our site, social media, or other materials (print or digital). By submitting, you are agreeing not to submit someone else's words or content as your own. We respect your content and we promise we won't sell it, but we may want to share it with our community, and by submitting to us, you give us permission to do that, royalty-free.

Rules of Conduct

​We believe in a supportive, inclusive, and loving community. By using this site, you agree to abide by those values while engaging in content on our site or on our social media. Hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory comments will not be tolerated. If you have a complaint about a product or our company, you may voice that in a respectful manner, but the second you go after a parent, child, or any other member of our community, you will be blocked from further commentary and your comment will be deleted. We won't stand for hate or negativity in this community, only support.

But things happen, and we will not be liable for any failure to perform any of the obligations in these Terms if that failure results from a cause beyond our reasonable control, including communications failure, weather delays for delivery, etc.
